Fukushima), Kanto(Ibaraki, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa,
Yamanashi, Tochigi), Shinetsu (Nagano, Niigata), Hokuriku(Toyama,
Ishikawa, Fukui), Tokai(Gifu, Shizuoka, Aichi) and Okinawa
The Consulate General of India, Osaka has jurisdiction
over:
Kinki (Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama), Chugoku(Tottori,
Shimane, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi), Shikoku(Tokushima,
Kagawa, Ehime, Kochi), Kyushu(Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki,
Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima) and Tokai(Mie)
Application forms must be fully completed and signed,
and presented with
1. Passport, valid for a minimum of six months from
date of travel.
2. Two photographs.
3. Relevant supporting documents.
4. Foreigners holding other nationalities (other than
Japanese) need to submit proof of long-term (at least
three years) or permanent residence in Japan. Those in
Japan for more than 5 years must show Alien Card, and
submit a copy with the application.
5. Foreign Nationals must allow 4 working days for processing
of application.
