Further Information: |
Neither Indian nor Bhutanese nationals require passport
or visa to visit the other country.
Indians coming to Bhutan by road are however required
to complete certain formalities at the Indian Liaison
Office in Phuentsholing for which proof of Indian identity
(driving license, ration card, I-card, etc.) and four
passport size photographs are required.
Indian Nationals can stay in Bhutan for a limited period,
which is extendable depending upon the nature of work/business,
etc.
Other Nationals may obtain visas from the embassy, but
must contact for details and application forms.
