Application forms must be fully completed and signed, and presented with

1. Passport, valid for a minimum of six months, with at least three spare pages for endorsements
2. Two photographs
3. Fee
4. For foreign nationals living in Belgium/Luxembourg, a photocopy of Belgium/Luxembourg Resident Permit valid for the duration of the visa must be provided

For a Business Visa, you must present a letter of invitation from the concerned Indian/Belgian company.

For a Conference Visa, a letter of invitation from the conference organiser is required.

For a Student Visa, proof of admission from a recognised educational institution is required.
